The Board of Directors is the highest decision making body of CMU OmniClear. The duties and functions of the Board of Directors are aligned with Principles for Financial Market Infrastructure (PFMI) guidelines' recommended roles and responsibilities of the Board, including giving due regard to the interest of the public in financial stability.
